• My package has been sent, but I cannot find the information. Why?

Auexpress system instantly updates relative information as soon as the package is scanned. If you cannot find the information, problems may occur in two aspects: the tracking number or the handover of the package. Therefore, in such cases, you should first confirm that the tracking number of the shipping receipt is correct. If the number is correct then you should verify with the sender/authorized agent whether the parcel has been given to the driver and ask for the relevant handover receipt for cross-verification with Auexpress.

• How to check the logistics details?
