GDEX Tracking Details

TrackingMore is a third party parcel tracking tool (also known as multi-carrier tracking tool) which supports online parcel tracking of worldwide 477 express and postal couriers. You can enter a tracking number, air waybill (AWB) number or reference number to track & trace a single international or domestic package, use CSV upload or restful shipment tracking API to track multiple packages.


If you check statuses of bulk international parcels shipping via GDEX, TrackingMore will display all tracking details in one place, from both origin country and destination country.


You can subscribe email delivery notification in the GDEX shipping tracking result page to auto send you alerts once there is an update of your order status.

Penghantar curi bungkusan saya
Nak dibuat cerita, si penghantar barang dr GDEX ni minta no KP saya sedangkan saya belum lagi dapat barang mahupun berjumpa dengan dia. Tapi sebab saya tak begitu berhati2, saya terbagi juga. Ingatkan dia letak barang di pondok pengawal. Rupa2nya tiada sampailah sekarang. 20 kali saya telefon dia, tak angkat2 pun. Jadi semua, minta boikot GDEX sbb CS GDEX pun lembab asyik nak tanya saya saja, bukannya nak soal siasat pekerja sendiri. BOIKOT!

Worst service from delivery man
Service from delivery man is the worst. Ask me for IC number when I received the package, try to tell him my IC number, doesn’t want to listen. Still call me stupid for unable to remember own IC number.

I hope GDex train their worker because they are too rude. They horn nonstop like wanna fight to us. didnt be patient while waiting us to go out n pick the parcel. And another thing is, they keep horn like want fighting with us while we are not at home. My neighbour also call us n ask what happen with that guy.. And not only that, my suggest also PLEASE use GDex vehicle n PLEASE dont use your personal car. because if this happened again, it will cause some trouble or memalukan kami. This situation not first time but, ten times i guess hmm. Thank You and i hope GDex will take this serious.
When I enquired why the delivery of my parcel was delayed, the call center told me that they are short of manpower. But I paid a humungous delivery charge to them. Are customers supposed to accept GDEX has manpower problems? Don't ever use GDEX - from delivery service to promises of to say they will check and call back - their performance is at ground zero and lower. Believe me, they never check nor do they call back
So slow
Hope gdex will read their customers review and improve
