If the courier of your fulfilled Shopify orders is “**Other**”, this feature can help us idendify the courier and provide you with the tracking information you want. ##### 1. Log in Trackingmore.com, click “APPS” → “Shopify” Then you can see the page as follows https://my.trackingmore.com/platform-Shopify.php?lang=en  Click “Customize matching rules for different couriers.” ##### 2. Fill in the information as follows.  ###### 1) **Shopify Tracking URL** Shopify Tracking URL is the link that you enter in your Shopify backend when fulfill each order and choose “Other” as the courier  **How to find my *Shopify Tracking URL* ?** 1.Go to [Shopify Orders](https://www.shopify.com/admin/orders) 2.Select one of the Fulfilled orders  3.Click **More** and **Edit tracking**  ###### 2) Courier Choose the courier you want to track for the URL like this. For example, https://www.trackingmore.com/ups-tracking.html  ##### Notes: If every Tracking URL in your Shopify Fulfiled order is **different**, because each order has its own tracking number. Like https://www.trackingmore.com/ups-tracking.html?number=1Z762E1W6842003229 Then you can only add the link before the **first “?”** on our “Customize matching rules for different couriers.” https://www.trackingmore.com/ups-tracking.html  Click “Save”, then all your orders with the Tracking URL like “https://www.trackingmore.com/ups-tracking.html?number=test1234567” will be tracked as “UPS” on Trackingmore backend.  You can also choose USPS, FedEx or any courier you want to track for this order or add several matching rules according to your needs.
