Out for delivery.

The shipment is currently with a delivery driver and is in the process of being delivered to the recipient's address. 

Delivered to the delivery center.

The package has been successfully received at the local delivery center, but it may not yet be out for delivery to the recipient. 

Ready for collection by customer.

The parcel has arrived at the local post office or collection point and is ready for the recipient to pick up in person.

Delivered to the recipient.

This status signifies that the package has been successfully delivered to the intended recipient at the specified address. 

Customer Advised To Pick Up Mail.

The recipient was not available for delivery, or the package requires additional documentation or payment.

I Had sent a shipment to turkey on 19th July after 3 days I requested them to amend the name, I received a call to visit Abu Dhabi station when I went, they ask me to report this online otherwise I need to call the call centre , I placed the request via call centre and after 9 days from the follow up Srara Mohammed Customer service sent me an email to apologize for the late reply, I found no action taken!! I visited the branch in Dubai Al Warqa 1 I met the Branch manager Lamya Alkaabi after submitting all the needed document she ask me for 2 days to solve the issues but nothing happened, after that one of the agent at the call Center sent me an email to request for the same documents I provided at the branch and she stated that she don’t receive it, I am receiving false promise from every agent calling me stating that they can provide me with any reference where I can show it to Turky post Office that they change the name , last email received by Miassar Theeb she provided me with some detailed to go and visit the branch in Turky and when we visited them today 12/08/2023 they informed me that the sent the shipment to Dubai . What a bad experience , until now my family they don’t receive the package and I have no idea where it’s I requested for management return call from the call center Hadi and I don’t think this will happen , I will keep follow up and send my complain to the head office but no one bother to call . very bad experiences with them . After all my follow up . Today i suppose to collect my return package which they make mistakes by not upsettingthe name and i was asked to pay additional amounts. I ask for the Manager return call and no call recieved.. i am not sure what is going on with them . No transparency at all. Again i ask for the managment call back and no one call . If anyone know who is the in charge in this company please send me a hint

They called I was busy, courier did not come to clinic , they expect us waiting 7 hours holding our mobiles in our hands.my credit card is returned this day ,in rescheduling no place to change address for next day as I work in 2 clinics,called to change,next day I found whatsapp saying card is delivered and sms says shipment is delivered and till now did not get it
