我可以升级或降级计划吗？
是的，您可以升级或降级现有套餐以满足您的业务需求。可以在套餐页面进行更改。 注意：升级将立即生效，降级将在新的计费周期生效。
什么情况会扣单号额度？
当您将运单号添加到我们的系统或检查偏远地区时，TrackingMore会消耗单号额度。 一个运单号等于一个额度，我们不收取其他服务的费用。如果您使用 API 服务，则所有添加的运单号都可以获得免费的 API 服务。
如果我超额使用了套餐额度怎么办？
对于基本和专业计划，我们收取 0.04 美元/额外运费。企业用户可以与我们的销售团队讨论他们的额外运费。
试用期满后，我会被收费吗？
不。试用期结束后，系统会提示您选择一个付费套餐以继续使用TrackingMore。如果您不选择付费套餐，我们也提供永久免费套餐。
