What payment methods does TrackingMore support?

We accept all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

Can I upgrade or downgrade plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade the existing plan to meet your business requirements. It can be changed from the plan page. Note: Upgrade will take effect immediately, downgrade will effect in the new billing cycle.

When do you charge quota?

TrackingMore is only charge quota when you add shipment to our system or check remote area. One shipment equals to one quota, we do not charge for other service. If you use API service, you have free API service for all added shipment.

What if I over use my shipment quota?

For Basic and Pro plans, we charge $0.04/extra shipment. Enterprise users can discuss their extra shipment fee with our sales team.

Will I be charged when my trial expires?

No. When your trial ends you'll be prompted to choose a paid plan to continue using TrackingMore. If you don't choose a paid plan, we have forever Free plan available too.

Can I cancel anytime and get a refund?

You can cancel your TrackingMore account at any time, but we do not offer refunds on payments that have already been made toward your service.
