Most unreliable service
Last Ramadan had sent a registered mail containing important cheques which should have reached in Ramadan, but it reached its destination after two months. Again another bitter experience - sent a
registered mail on 14Apr and 21days have passed and no news of same. I wonder if they could improve
their services.
