Terrible

I was home the entire day that this package was to be delivered. Nobody called or knocked on my door. Someone did, however, leave a pick-up slip on my door! Guess what? I have to pick it up at a location that is a 25-minute drive from my house! Why on Earth would a courier come to your door only to leave a pick-up slip? Do they not actually have the package? I get the feeling they deliver it to the pick-up location BEFORE they come to your door with the pick-it-up-your self slip. Also, are these guys Sprintstar or Landmark Global? Impossible to tell, because you can't track your package on Sprintstar, have to use Landmark Global, yet the slip says it's from Sprintstar. Also, the pick-up address is for a strip mall with over a dozen businesses at it. Not one of them is named Landmark or Sprintstar! So I had to spend time searching for where exactly I'm supposed to pick it up! Truly abysmal service and I will be contacting my online retailer to let them know I will not be purchasing anything else from them if they use this company to ship. Update: Received a "delivered" status on a 2nd package just now (from the same retailer and order # as the previously mentioned one). Thing is, it has NOT been delivered. No slip. No merchandise. No tracking number. I hope everyone contacts their online retailers and tells them what a terrible courier company this is. Retailers will stop using them if enough of their customers complain.
