Inefficient service

I was sending my stuff back to my country, I used airmail(white envelopes)that has weight 2kls maximum, I lost 4 parcel already. It went all the drain they will not give the refund either. Now, I have 5 more parcels on the way it’s already 45days since I sent it but again when I track, it stock somewhere. All are my important things!!! I filed a complained but some of my airmail they declaired that it was lost. For them it’s easy, no sympathy for the customers. This post is horrible in my own experienced. If the parcel I sent will lost again the 5 ongoing, it totals 9 parcels total which a quiet a lot of money plus shipping fee. For 3 months i was very depressed I can’t believe that this post can’t do anything!!! Never ever send ever important things here you will regret. Some I sent goes through but a lot was lost too. Very bad service!!! I never trust this post again!!! Never over my dead body!!! Overall my impression here is very bad and for everything that happens!!!
