Received sms stayed delivery options , I chosen to leave my item through my house gate , the lady who did not even bother to check the my selected method , left a collection note . Collection address is not stated on the note , I had to call and check with speedpost , the collection can only be done the next day only after 2pm . Speedpost should change name to slow post .
