Large parcel lost by BPOST

One month ago Bpost lost my package containing 2 irreplaceable items. I payed almost €1000,- for these items and now it is lost along with my money. You guys are really worthless evil people that you think you can go about your business like that. This is stealing and theft and a police report is being made. I will not let this slide that easy. FIND AND DELIVER MY PACKAGE !!!!

The same has happened to me, except my items are worth a lot more :-( I sent the parcel with deutsche post (dhl) and it arrived in a Belgian sorting but didn’t move since 28 Sept. I’ve tried calling and emailing Bpost but they just sent me back to deutsche post. I complained to Deutsche Post and filed an investigation report but now they just want to refund me a little bit of money and close my case. I don’t know what to do. I’m devastated and regret ever sending my previous parcel (it was sent away for repair and i paid for it to be signed upon delivery but this made no difference). My package has simply fallen off the radar and I don’t know what to do know. Any advice would be so much appreciated. Thank you
