They deserve zero stars but it would let me give it.

I was tracking a package for someone's Christmas I did this for week's then all of a sudden it said it was delivered at 1:00 something in the morning. Umm not sure who it was delivered to but it definitely wasn't me. SYUS002199626. They should investigate whoever the delivery person who supposed to be and fire them misleading, and false information. Also investigate two see if they stole the item. NOT HAPPY

Yeah I have parcels sitting in Auckland NZ for MONTHS and never delivered to my city! Seller AND customers are losing money and time ! It’s not right. Their staff is incompetent
