Courier matching Enabling frequently used couriers can make the carrier recognition more accurate. Because there are many couriers use same tracking number formats, or having partnerships mutually. So when a shipment has multiple courier detection results: 1. enabled carriers will be selected prior to disabled ones 2. courier on top from enabled list will be selected prior to bottom ones; 3. if you do not enable any carrier, it goes to **Global Order (Cainiao)**. 4. Other situations (e.g. Royal Mail shipments), all goes to **Global Order (Cainiao)**. > Enable all equals to enable none. 1\. **My orders are shipped by many carriers**: Please enable the most frequently used ones, the more frequently couriers on top, the less bottom. 2\. **All of my orders are shipped by only one carrier**: Please contact us, we will make all of your orders be tracked with one specified courier. 3\. **I have no idea which carriers to choose**: - Leave it empty, let the system works. - If you are doing dropshipping business, you can enable **Global Order(Cainiao)**. We randomly check customers App using and may custom carrier detection rule based on existing orders. As customers getting more orders, rules could be no longer appropriate. Under any circumstances, when there are many **Pending** orders without any tracking update due to courier matching, let us know and we will custom/update courier detection rule further for your store.
