• When will my parcel be delivered?

The delivery time of DPD France is 24 to 48 hours from the shipment by the sender. The deliveries usually take place from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 6 pm, and in some areas, DPD France also delivers on Saturdays between 8 am and 3 pm.

First, it probably means that your package has not yet been handed over to DPD France by the sender.
