You can use LATAM Cargo tracking capability to track your cargo by using the following procedure.

1. Open the LATAM Cargo website on a browser.
2. Once you enter the website you will easily see the "e-Tracking" column, 
3. Enter the prefix and your package’s 8-digit AWB number, and click “>*”.
4. The website will load the tracking results on a new page.
