Good Service and Fast Delivery so far i don\'t have with ninja here in zamboanga city they\'re all quick and polite they\'ll even contact you ahead of time before they delivery sadly the first attempt on delivery failed cause i was not at home they did however call me and provide a reschedule and they allowed to change my address to my work place which is a huge plus now i got my item and i\'m happy with their service.

At last! i got my parcel today and im glad that i was informed with the first attempt in delivering my parcel yesterday.I was also notified earlier this morning that a delivery man is on his way to deliver my parcel.Upon receiving my parcel, i immediately checked if it was carefully handled and it turns out that there\'s no damaged so far. The first attempt wasnt successful due to unforeseen event but at least! they try to call and explain the circumstance.Thank you! :)

ok naman sana sa shoppee kahit delay pa yan minsan.. kaso lang nakakaasar talaga kapag ung magdedeliver suplado.dati pwede naman mag pick up sa nila pero hindi na daw pwede ngaun sabi nang nag deliver bawal na raw..2 days lang bigay sakin pag d makuha babalik na raw product eh panu naman kung importante pinuntahan nang customer.. sana naman may consideration at sana pwede ma pick up product sa nila.. lalo na dito sa bacolod sana maganda makitungo delivery man nila.

The couriers are very friendly! I\'ve received a lot of Shopee orders from them already, and encountered different people that delivered my orders, and all of them were just smiley and joyful (even though you can tell from their eyes that they were tired). You get updates about where your product is, and when you\'ll get it... The only problem is when you can\'t receive the product at the moment, there\'s a risk for it to be cancelled.

I was monitoring my order and the status was transit to ship so I did not leave the payment for the delivery.Then during my lunch break I received a notification that the ninja is on the way to deliver my order and I texted the delivery personnel that nobody can receive the delivery since I am at work. The delivery man advised me to pick up the item from their hub and I went there to pick it up the following day. Unfortunately, they couldn\'t find my parcel and it took almost an hour for me to wait for them to find my parcel.Until now, the item was not yet delivered, I really need the item and so excited to have it.
