36 days in warehouse
Worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Booked 4 delivery dates with me but never showed up. I have called many many times over a 36 day period and was told several times the item couldn’t be located and they would run a dock check. The agents always promised to call back with an update but did not. I called the manufacturer today and received a credit for the dining table that couldn’t be delivered.
Not home during
Are companies still thinking an excuse of "not being home" during covid lockdowns is a relevant excuse for non-delivery?
Tracking numbers don’t match
This doesn’t make any s nice, and I’m not comfortable with this company having my contact information. Who is this company and whaaaat???
Tracking ID shows no results
Orderd a table for work 2 weeks ago and it said shipped same day but I have not received said table and the tracking ID shows no results so I have no idea where my product is.
Did not keep delivery date
My package was set to deliver on the 6th of Feb then set for the 8th it is still out for delivery .As of today the 11th nothing.Called they don,t know.I,m in transportation would have been fired by now.
My tacking number (dated 1/5/2020) shows up as delivery in 2019

Terrible Unreliable Company Ceva
I received a call to have my tv delivered on 12/3/2020 9 to 7. Nothing stayed home all day no calls next day12 pm still no call I called extremely rude operator rescheduled me for Monday thru Friday there was a bad connection she said very rudely did u not hear me I said Monday I preceded to ask her what time frame and can u guarantee me delivery she hung up on me
I don't think so
Don't make plans based on what they tell you when they schedule delivery. Three items on an order, verified all three would be delivered when delivery was scheduled, made arrangements to have items installed. Yep, got one not three - forgot to put them on the truck, I guess. You cannot pickup at the warehouse. Second rate!!!!!!! Did not know if I could rate zero stars so I gave them one.
