How to add a track button or page for my customers to track their packages?** There are **two free features** that you can choose to add on your Shopify store. So your customers can simply enter the tracking number and click **Track** to get the tracking information. You can include your shop logo & name on this page. Your customers can also track their packages through their tracking number, order id or even their name. Can Trackingmore help me send auto email notifications to my customers and inform them the status of their packages?** Email notifications is only supported for a paid account. We can help you send auto-notifications to your customers about the status of their packages. Can I sync all of my Shopify orders to Trackingmore?** You can sync your Shopify orders within up to 30 days. Can I connect my Shopify store with Trackingmore? Is it possible to manage multiple stores in 1 account?** Absolutely YES! Where is my free 50 trackings? Will I be auto-charged if I overuse the free credits?** The free credits will not be presented. If you run out of all the 100 trackings, we will stop sync new trackings until you recharge for more credits. You can go to [dashboard](https://my.trackingmore.com/en.html) to check if you are a free or paid account. #### **6. How to upgrade to a paid account? Is it monthly payment?** You can simply click recharge to upgrade to a paid account. We only charge based on the numbers of shipments, so it is not monthly payment.
