I have a parcel from China, which are stuff I bought during 11.11 sales and the last updated status stated 'Estimated Time Arrival, 09-Jan-2022' but there's no more further updates until now. I don't know if it is due to the flood in West Malaysia or it is just lost. I've sent email to Dex-i asking about the situation but there are still no replies. This is my tracking number, 55504706751. I truly hope it's not lost or anything.

Tracking number WM13146287085 delivered today 22-1-22 at 12.09pm but to the wrong address. I received email from Dex-i that it is successfully delivered but nothing get sent to me. There is also no number I can call to talk to anyone from Dex-i about this. Dex-i please look into this and get the goods back. It's the second time this happen and it's very frustrating.

不更新慢不说了,物流也来一脚。由中国到马来不过5-7天的事, 它却花了3个星期都还没到港。投诉无门啊。。。
