DHL should be ashamed of themselves to be actually running their company like this. It’s a disgrace. They leave your packages ANYWHERE, say that it has been delivered and go off. When you ask them where your package is they can’t say anything, they don’t leave a note, can’t contact their drivers, nothing!!! I was at home and was 10 sec too late to the door, I went outside to look around and didn’t find anyone. When I come back inside I get an email that says it has been delivered?!?! DHL has freed themselves of responsibility, it’s not with neighbours and no one knows or can do anything. When you mention DHL, everyone seems to know they’re horrendous. I honestly don’t understand why companies keep using them as their carrier. Absolutely tragic company.
