Me hicieron un envio para Italia por Exporta Fácil el 22 de Noviembre del 2021 (el envio tomaría 10 días) eran cosas para vender en el período navideño, el paquete llegó el 10 de Febrero del 2022. Hice mi reclamo como me dijeron y fuí bastante paciente. Todo esto me perjudicó ya que la venta no la puede llegar hacer. Volví a llamar para mi indemnización, me dijeron el monto y al artesano le dijeron otro. Ayer el artesano me dijo que le devolvieron en Serpost de Huancayo una cantidad muchisimo inferior a lo que me dijeron y no le dieron ningún documento. Esto es una falta de seriedad, estamos hablando de una Entidad pública como es el correo. No lo recomiendo.

La vigilante de la puerts de Serpost me niega la entrada a la ofivina de Miraflores cuando voy a averiguar el estado de mi envio. Tengo 67 y la vigilante me maltrata horrible e insta a los trabajadores en ventanilla que no me atiendan. Esa Sra dirige a los trabajadores de serpost. No responden las llamadas tampoco el whatsapp y mi envio figura como unknown o sea desconocido. Lo cual me hace sospechoso el actuar de el trabajador que me atendio de mala gana y peor. Discriminandome por ser yo una señora de 67 años. Pesimo servicio me hace pensar que los envios desaparecen o se los roban
