Got parcel misrouted
My parcel was expected to be sent by April 16 2019, I cancelled some of my schedules just to receive the item and finish the project. I was only informed that my parcel was misrouted at the end of the day when Ive already missed the schedules. Until now 5 days later I have not received my items. Already wasted a week for the delay.
Stressful!
Rider didn't go up on my floor area. While other courier can! They call me to go down and meet me outside the building. (which I came by the way from 29th floor). Sometimes it's okay, but not when I'm working! It cost time and money.Specially when they cannot contact me, they just leave and return the item. The reason I ordered from online store is to save time from going outside, AND TO BE CONVENIENT.Hope you don't return item specially when it's paid already.
This Courier Should Be Renamed Ninjascam
Placed online order with Decathlon on March 30 for Metro Manila delivery (supposded to be 3 days) and tracking says my order was successfully picked up at Decathlon Pasig/Tiendesitas on the same day. It is now more than 2 weeks since I placed my order and it is stuck at the Pasig sorting hub. Are they serious? My delivery address is only 3Km away from Decathlon Pasig and it shouldn't take more than 3 days to deliver something 3km away. Ninjascam's customer service was predictably unhelpful with their canned "we have escalated your concern to our suport team" reply to my calls/emails, and still no delivery. Only after I had argued with Decathlon Pasig and threatened to file a formal complaint with DTI and BDO/MasterCard (as my card was already charged) was my order re-delivered using a different courier (Lalamove) and magically it arrived at my address less than an hour after Lalamove picked it up. Long story short: this company is a scam and if you are an online seller and value your customers/reputation, please please please use a "real" courier service like LBC, 2Go or Air21 and not these scam artist "couriers".
Delivery SUCKS!
Terms states that they will send out text or atleast their riders will text or call but NONE of it happened! Super bad experience and will never ever recommend them. Tracking system also sucks! Customer support was unable to respond properly with my complaint via email. Wasted my time and most especially with the seller whom I order!
Stressful
March 28 pa ako nag order pero bakit naabot ng ganitong date? Kung HOLY WEEK ang idadahilan, gosh. Ambabaw po!!!! Kasi dapat April 5-8 meron na yan e! Pero ano?!!!! WALA!!!! Akala mo naman, galing abroad pa yung order ko! Visayas lang naman e! Luzon lang ako oh!!! Etong order nato yung pinakamatagal!!!

I was cleaning my gun at the front of my Gate when the rider arrived. Made sure its loaded with sweet sugary goodness. driver was really nice after all the rudeness on the phone.
Worst Delivery Personnel Ever
So, I ordered something from Shopee. I was expecting a call to be made prior to the delivery, not when the delivery is just outside my door so that I could schedule it since my work requires me to travel daily. Instead, what I got was an angry phone call from one of Ninja Van's delivery personnel. Minura pa niya ako saying that I didn't provide details that I was going to be out of the house at the time. Padabog pa niya binaba ang phone. I still haven't received my package at this time. Hoping that when I got it, it won't be damage kasi fragile siya. Turuan niyo ng proper decorum mga employees ninyo para di sila bastos sa customers ninyo.
Terrible service
I order from shopee and my items is lost and I have waited almost a month for it. 2nd time order from shopee item didn't arrive and call their customer service they said they will send my item today anytime before 10pm I have waited the whole day and yet no sign from them
