Lost Item
March 6 the item was at the sorting hub. March 12 reported the item is still not delivered. March 17 they replied the i item was lost. Hope ninjavan improve there service because mostly shopee users rely to this company.

Mabilis pa ang pagong, delivery so slow, tracker isn't updated. puro panget reviews. walang kwenta
Pure low class
Amazing they brand themself as Asia leading delivery company... Their overall poor ratings speaks for itself! Pure low class

Irresponsible delivery
It was being updated as delivery fail without even calling or even just texting me! Better hire pleasing personnels, I encountered one who's good enough for the job but the latest one is so disappointing, disgusting or whatever negative reaction. I've been waiting for my orders for long but that man who updated it as delivery fail without even asking me leads my parcel to return to sender!
canceled my order without my consent
had no other choice on the couriers, so had to pick them. they cancelled my order right after i did not received their call about my delivery. after 30 mins, i waited again for their call, then suddenly I got a notification saying my order was cancelled because it was "refused at doorstep" like HOW?!?! texted the rider about this, and he was very rude, like very rude. worst part is, the item that I ordered is now out of stock. thanks a lot. you guys deserve that 1 star. worst experience ever
It was already shipped last march 6 pero hanggang ngayon wala parin! Bayad na yon via shopee pay. Hindi naman biro pera na pinambayad don! Orders pa mandin yon na dapat makuha na!
Rude riders and ill-informed CS agents.
Their service was quite reasonable years ago. The delivery process would only take 7 days the latest "before". But know it would take them almost 2 weeks before they could deliver the parcel. What's annoying is that, even they have done some kind of "poor customer service" still they could not approve a simple request. It could have been a service recovery. Their CS agents doesn't have the same statements. They would transfer different CS agents. And that you would have to repeat again and again what you are complaining. As you are talking a different person. They are all inconsistent with their infos and services. And what's WORST is that, some of their riders are so arrogant and rude. They would also click "successfully delivered" to their tracking devices though they have not handed over the parcel to the customers. As what RICHARD LAWAS said when I received the parcel one time. "E successful man gyud ko na ma'am harun di ma balik2" in tagalog "E s-succesfull ko talaga yan ma'am para di na pa ulit2" Like seriously? Does the management know about this?
