I would like to highly commend the FedEx Driver, Dave, who took initiative and tracked my mobile number through the office to deliver my parcel today. Our road has been closed for months and every delivery up to this point has been recorded as a "failed delivery". The simple act of contacting the customer on their mobile has meant that I was able to drive to meet Dave and pick up my parcel. Effective communication goes a long way and I'm extremely grateful for his common sense and customer service skills, thank you Dave.
