NE PAS SURTOUT PAS EXPEDIER AVEC PACKLINK ! C'est le summum de l'incompétence, personne à joindre, AUCUN suivi à mes requêtes et demandes d'information malgré le litige avec le transporteur CHRONOPOST choisi ! Et cela après 3 semaines. Je m'explique : je vends une guitare électrique via le site Reverb.com à un acheteur en Espagne. La guitare est expédiée le 1er avril 2022 et arrive chez l'acheteur le 4 avril. Chronopost a endommagé le carton et abimé l'étui rigide craqué sur 10 centimètres long. Chronopost a eu de surcroit la malhonnêteté de masquer les dégâts en remettant du scoth marron par dessus , de sorte que dans un premier temps l'acheteur ne pouvait voir les dégâts. 3 semaines après ma réclamation, pas l'ombre d'une réponse de la part de PACKLINK sur l'état de ma réclamation, pas de possibilité de traiter avec le transporteur Chronopost qui a eu pour client PACKLINK. Et bien sur REVERB.COM a suspendu le paiement de ma guitare tant que la procédure de réclamation n'est pas résolue; Délai de traitement maximum affiché chez PACKLINK : 90 jours ! Le client est désoeuvré sans recours avec PACKLINK, NE JAMAIS AVOIR RECOUR A CE SERVICE QUI N'APPORTE AUCUNE PLUS-VALUE POUR LE CLIENT !!!!!

I used PackLink via ebay, and I will NEVER use them again. A speaker I posted conveniently 'disappeared', even though it was recorded as having been collected first. Their compensation procedure for reclaiming costs is unnecessarily long, arduous and ridiculously slow. It's been over 12 weeks since my item went missing and despite chasing Packlink 4 times, I'm STILL waiting for payment and have just been told it could still be another 2 months before I receive anything.
