## ReturnGO's Urgent Need for a Reliable Tracking Solution
When the AI-powered returns management platform ReturnGO completed a $6.5 million seed fundraising in June 2022, all focus shifted to expanding other fields of the business. The top priority was order tracking.

Its presence in  69 countries meant more than 350 carriers needed to be integrated. Six months down the line, it became evident what an expensive and time-consuming endeavor this was, considering the tight deadline for the launch of its order tracking solution.

ReturnGO urgently needed a solution that would take the carrier integration task off its plate while introducing end-to-end tracking functionality that delivered real-time tracking information.

## A Simplified Tracking Workflow Becomes a Game-Changer
It took the ReturnGO team four months to evaluate three different options before settling on TrackingMore as the ideal tracking partner. ReturnGO's developers registered a test account in August 2023 and signed an annual contract with Trackingmore in November 2023.

TrackingMore offered a solution that worked by simply having ReturnGO create trackers by using the tracking number and carrier identified by the detect carrier API, obtaining tracking updates. TrackingMore then actively tracks the tracking ID and sends notifications via webhooks. ReturnGO sends tracking update emails to end customers, who can also access all tracking details via branded order tracking portals created by using ReturnGO.

With this complete tracking functionality in place, ReturnGO's tracking solution launched on time, successfully reducing costs by 90%. TrackingMore also enables ReturnGO to focus on developing more sophisticated features for its clients.
