Can I upgrade to a new plan from legacy plan?
Yes, you can. However, we recommend that you upgrade to a new plan after you have used up your remaining quotas and balances. If you have subscribe a new plan, you will be charged for the new plan on the next billing date. By default, the order of consuming the remaining quotas is as follows: remaining quotas of the legacy plan > balance of the legacy plan > monthly quota of the new plan > extra quota of the new plan
