I ordered my gift on 9th May to be delivered to New Zealand. 7 to 14 days was the time frame given. Ths tracking site has not changed since 19th May? I think this is a fraudulent site that should be reported. They should not be allowed to take our money and no goods in return. They said the could not refund the money as the gift had already been posted. The Facebook site should close them down.
