They write on the website that they came for delivery several times and the parcel was refuted. It's a lie! The delivery man came only once and we were not there. We called him on the phone to reschedule and was impossible to communicate with him although we speak perfect Italian. The day after this attempted delivery SDA told us the parcel was on its way back to China! We had to insist calling more than 20 times per day in order to find one person willing to do something and unblock the parcel for delivery. We are still waiting, one week later and it still says on the site that they came yesterday and before and we refused it!!! It's just used clothes, please don't steal it. Are you so addicted?!
