I ordered a thing from Ebay, the seller used this Orange Connex company for shipping. I got a tracking number, which is stuck at 20-08-2019, saying "the shipment has arrived at the postal operator of the country of destination and will be delivered in the coming days"... its 31 days ago (21 days if I count workdays only)... My postal operator does not know anything about my parcel. Orange Connex can not show me a proof of delivery. What a shame.
