parcel tracked online and found DELIVERED. But i did not received it AT ALL. This is not the first time. Previously encountered twice. when you check online, it says shipment delivered. but actually not. it was only delivered 3-5 days later. Given fake delivery status in order to achieve ur company KPI. This is called cheating!!!!!
