For some reason companies I buy from use Toll IPEC and it infurates me when they send me a tracking number and it is Toll IPEC because everytime something gets stuffed up. Parcel sits in depot for days, once even weeks. Had a shipment returned to Adelaide from Sydney because the driver said he couldn't find the address. Crazy, no chance of pick up or redelivery, when any google search shows our house without issue. Lost parcels, parts of shipments going missing for days when they are scanned on the one truck at the origin depot, just baffles me how they can stuff this up so often.
