I ordered my phone case USA it was supposed to be delivered to INDIA and the shipment was stuck during transit and eventually got lost, it never reached India. After a week they reshipped my package and again the same story it was stuck during transit and never reached to its destination. When I mailed them regarding this first they didn't took the responsibility and said "after it reaches international borders it is not their responsibility" second time they completely ignored me. I mean seriously it's the shipping agent's responsibility to ensure that package is reaching its destination.
