Worsest experience than any other company

I cannot get any answer where my package is, it shows in Transit for over 3 days, it is already past estimated delivery time and if you try to contact them there is a virtual assistant that has answers predefined that do not give you any actual answer to the question. It is even asking your tracking number, does not care about it and answers with a generic sentence like: is on its way and then that you will see activity when it arrives in your city and then will be delivered. Nothing makes sense and actually you cannot get anywhere. It is in transit for more than 3 days from a city in the vecinity and is on the truck and never arrived anywhere? It is like your package has to do a trip around the world and if you are lucky who knows maybe you get it in one piece if you ever get it. Same company delivered a package that left exact the same time, actually same order but using another shipping company and I have the item already since 3 days ago. I do not know why they shipped with canada post this item, maybe because is more expensive and canada post sounds good. Huge mistake, now I cannot find any information and I am very disappointed because is like you talk to a wall and cannot find a resolve.
