I just went through this. If you received wrong item or received nothing, dispute the charges if used a credit card or PayPal. If the seller contacts you and offers a lower refund price, adamantly stick to full refund only. The seller may even try to say we’ll refund after returning the item they mistakenly sent to you and offer a reduced refund amount. If they do, adamantly state you want full refund and to provide a prepaid label for you to return the item. Many of those sites are scams. This company just tracks packaged, unfortunately.
