Never trust this company if your parcel has something important like a document or an application form. They took 6 days to deliver a parcel from Jalandhar to Delhi. And they delivered it after 1000 calls that I had to make to their agents. The head s do not pick calls. On asking them about the reason for delay, they said “ sorry, it was misrouted”. This is highly unprofessional because if a document can get misrouted, it can get misplaced as well. If you need your parcel to reach in time, don’t trust them.
