According to their dubious tracking, my item arrived at the UK airport, cleared customs, transferred to logistics provider, arrived at last mile centre, went out for AND attempted delivery.....all within ONE MINUTE of arriving in UK. Avoid this company at all costs. Luckily Vova issued me a full refund.
