If you are seeking information on a package that did not arrive. Do not subject yourself to the stress of fighting your way through USPS phone system to speak to a human being. They cannot/will not help you. The only information they will give you is the information in the tracking system which you can get yourself. The agents will not verify the physical location of your package or tell you if it is truly being transported somewhere. You get answers like” it SHOULD be on a truck making its way to its destination “. When you ask about illogical information in the tracking system ( package that after 19 days was a few miles from its destination 2 days later has just departed a location 750 miles the wrong direction from its destination) the agents tell you “the information in the tracking system isn’t always accurate”. However, they will make no attempt to determine what is accurate. I have talked to 4 agents & all were the same. So far 22 days & counting for 2 priority mail packages that needed to go 670miles.
