Smart Cat is facilitating Fraud on a massive scale, they are enabling people to steal your money, in my opinion they are also in bed with PayPal, they just dont give a damn, i will never, ever use PayPal again...
I had to choose a star, but believe me they should have a minus system for this bunch of fraudsters...
