This company is one of the best I have used so far. Had been having major problems with JCEX and Hua Han losing packages. But Yanwen has been excellent. Haven\'t had a single problem with Yanwen. Would recommend this company!!

Yanwen cumple su función, que es llevar el artículo a su país de destino. La empresa no se lo llevará a su domicilio, solo los correos de su país y es por eso el hecho de que tarda en llegar a tu casa. Solo tarda una semana en llegar a tu país y es muy barato. Muy buena.

Ordered a phone from China and the company used Yanwen for shipping. Was delivered to Canada in 12 days and no damage. Good service.

I don\'t really understand the onslaught of bad reviews and comments. Most people complain that the product is not what they ordered and they sent the wrong piece. That\'s the SHIPPERS fault not the fault of the shipping company. That\'s like blaming the postal service because you received the wrong item from amazon. Makes no sense. I received my package in 1 piece, they most likely get damaged because the sellers use a small layer of bubble wrap surrounded by a sheet of plastic. I bought my package from eBay and that was the case. So if your shipment is wrong it\'s the seller\'s fault, not Yanwen\'s! Shipping just takes a while but the package does get to you. Mine took exactly 44 days and I got it in my mailbox, the only issue is that tracking is well, delayed, that puts it lightly. I received my package already but the info has not been updated yet. First when I heard my product was going to be shipped by the most unreliable shipping and tracking company ever recorded I was hesitant and felt like it would never arrive. Later on it did arrive way sooner that ems or China post which took about a week and a half for my chromeheart jacket and 2 weeks for my chromeheart pants. I ordered these both from DHgate like most people should. I dont think it\'s really the companies fault but the handlers position

After looking at the reviews I was concerned. However, my package arrived today. Ordered on September 7th. Everything looks good with no damages

9/8に注文し、お届け予定日が9/24-10/11となっていましたが、本日届きました。 Yanwenは初めて聞いたので色々調べたら評価がとても低く、心配していましたが予定日よりかなり早く届いたし包装もしっかりしていて良かったです。 追跡情報が日本語に変更しても分かりづらいのが改善されるともっと良いと思います。 ありがとうございました。

So I ordered a 3D Galaxy Moon lamp that was pretty expensive online and the company I ordered it from used yanwen shipping services and at first I admit I freaked out because I saw all the bad reviews I didn\'t even think I was going to get my package and yesterday I got a notification that there was a parcel in my locker and lo and behold it was my 3D Moon lamp that I ordered on August 1st it arrived in 18 days in great condition no problems.

Falta indicar qué empresa entrega el paquete para saber a dónde ir a reclamar o recoger lo que compramos. Por lo demás gracias.

I ordered a Father’s Day promotion on June 6. I wish I would have known it was coming from China. However, it was processed on 6/20 and received in Jamaica, NY on 6/24. Apparently U.S. customs is where the problem started. I didn’t receive good tracing information so didn’t know what was happening. I found out 7 weeks later when I emailed them and was told it was lost in customs and that they sent another package. It took from 6/24 until 7/29 to get to Atlanta, GA. I emailed them on 7/31 and found all of this out in a reply that I received on Sunday, 8/2 even though it said I would receive a reply within 48 hours business days. I actually received the product on Saturday, August 2. Sorry, for the long response; but I think the problem isn’t with Yanwen but U.S.customs. By the way, the product was for me, not Father’s Day present. Tracking just needs to be improved!
