Disappointed 11 days for no update
I sent the package by EMS from Italy to hongkong since 10th Dec and it’s left from milan on 11th Dec. until now nothing update. (Around 11 days for transit)
I already sent the e-mail to follow up but they just sent me the same answer that I can read it in website by myself.
My track is EE293485018IT Please tell me where is it and when it’s will arrive
