Extremely bad

Extremely bad. 1. When they arrive, they do not wear uniform and were very unprofessional. 2. They delivered (or claimed that they did) at after hour time to my address. Last time, it was lucky that I happened to stay at the after hour on a Saturday afternoon. On their tracking site, they claimed that they delivered at 8:30pm to my business address, no one would be there to receive. 3. They do not provide any phone number for calling them to re-arrange delivery or ask questions. 4. It is so inconvenience now that the only choice for me is to make a trip to collect it at their pickup location, without having any say.
