My international package was given a delivery window of Mar 17-24, sitting here on the 27th with nothing and that isn't even the worst part!! Tracking shows the item was in my city of the 16th, on the truck for delivery to me, then that very day was "rerouted". The company I ordered from refuses to refund me and the shipping company is completely MIA. You people should be ashamed of yourselves, beyond deplorable.
HOW DOES A TRACKED SIZEABLE PARCEL GO MISSING? HOW DOES IT SHOW UP IN TWO COUNTRIES AT ONCE AT THE SAME FUCKING TIME? AND WHY HAS IT DISAPPEARED WITH NO FURTHER STATUS UPDATES? THIEVING BASTARDS WHO TAKE YOUR MONEY AND HELPFULLY HELPS YOU LOSE EVEN MORE OF YOUR MONEY BY STEALING YOUR PARCELS! FUCK THEM ALL! THEY CAN ALL GO DIE OF THE COVID19!
Updates stopped once it reached the border. Nothing for over a week. I've been waiting on delivery for over a month now, no explanation or way to contact them. Avoid, you won't get your stuff. If its shipped with them just save the waiting time and cancel now.
I had given up some time ago but wanted to try again. I ordered from Rock Auto as I have before with no issues. My order (102441933) was sent from Rock Auto. The tracking number is LTN83835842N1. I haven’t received it and have been unable to contact Landmark Global. I am reluctant now to order from Rock Auto. How do I get my package?
Placed an order and tracked package that was supposed to arrive today. The I get an email saying "your refund has been processed". They decided not to deliver it. To my single family home, where I get shipments all the time. We needed this item TODAY. I am super pissed off. Terrible.
I ordered some merchandise from Shop NHL.ca, Fanatics. The goods were handled by Landmark Global and then they used Sprintstar Canada to deliver the goods to me. Both Landmark Global and Sprintstar Canada have tracking and their tracking is linked to one another.
The two packages were delivered together, at the same time on the day they said they would be. I was at home on the delivery day. The friendly delivery man handed the packages to me on my front porch.
This was a uneventful order and delivery, with tracking that was easy to use and follow. This is the way on-line ordering and delivery should be!
I am sorry the other persons on this site had bad experiences with Landmark Global and/or Sprintstar Canada - my experience was fine.
I would have no reservations for Landmark Global and/or Sprintstar Canada handling any future deliveries for or to me!

The guy who delivered my package did not knock on the door nor rang the doorbell. He just left the package and went away. I even saw him taking a photo of my house number. That's one of the reasons why packages are getting stolen because they sitting outside since delivery guy failed to notify the homeowner that a drop-off was made. YOU SHOULD TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES THE RIGHT WAY OF MAKING DELIVERIES!!!
On January 3, 2020 I made a purchase from a company located in the United Kingdom and the last update was was January 13, 2020 stating the package had arrived in the US. I contacted the company and received an automated email asking for my continued patience waiting for delivery. I would like to make additional purchases from Desamores but I hesitate because of the slow and silent mail carrier.
I am totally disgusted with this company and would not recommend them

Ordered through lids.ca and nhlshop.ca. BOTH orders lost once reached landmark. Lids and NHL refuse to contact the delivery service as it’s outside of there contract; and landmark refuses to respond to complaints about delivery saying contact the vendor! Is this a scam?!?
