This is twice a package of mine has been sent back to the sender ????? The address I gave is fine not sure why I don’t get a call or anything. Very FRUSTRATED !!! I haven’t had this issue before with this address. Can somebody contact me ...
My package has been sitting in Calgary, AB for a week and a half with no explanation. When the company I purchased from looked into it, they also have no answer from Landmark or Sprintstar. Beyond frustrated!!
I was getting anxious reading prior reviews waiting for my parcel to arrive I had put in the order to the NFL store United States, being based in Canada ( Vancouver ) I placed my order on the 27th of September and got a email shortly claiming expected delievery by October 11th,at the time of me writing this; October 10th 6:48 pm happy to report the packages save arrival
Says I have 15 days from the delivery attempt notice to pick up my package through Sprintstar. Not even close to date and my package is not there. No phone number to call either says you have to contact the retailer you purchased with for any inquires. Now I have to wait up to 10 days for a email back from target to find out where my package is. Says my item is completely shipped with the tracking number but yet I don't have my item. Horrible fucking service. If you live in Canada don't order from Target!
Let me put it this way. You will not receive your package if the provider uses Landmark or Sprintstar as its courier service. My order was made September 30 with Spirit Halloween and I am still waiting for the item. RIDICULOUS. Had I known who they use and saw these reviews I would never have made the order that was to be delivered on October 5th.
For the second time, Amazon used Pitney Bowes Sprint Star to deliver an order to me at my condo. No attempt was made to use the buzzer to enter the building but the driver must have been allowed to enter by someone else. He left an "attempted delivery" notice on our mailbox which is in the foyer....just couldn't be bothered to take the elevator to the 5th floor where I live. I am handicapped and always home. The notice advised me where I could pick up my package.......miles from where I live.
This has happened twice in the last few months.
I will never place an order on Amazon that uses Landmark as their delivery service.
I have lodged a complaint with Amazon for the second time.
Business was closed...of course...trying to deliver to a business at 8:15 at night? We are open 7 days a week, 8am to 6pm...try again for &%$#@* sake...now a special trip to pick up a package...I feel like letting them send it back though E-bay and getting a refund....maybe if they start encoring these costs they will wake up or disappear!
My mother ordered a book for my daughter's first birthday. It was due to arrive two days before her birthday and on the Landmark tracking page it states "Not Delivered - Addressee not present- Message left". That is a lie, no message was ever left and there is no phone number to call. Two weeks later and still no book. I've wasted so much effort trying to locate the gift which my poor mum spent her time and money buying. Only use Landmark if you want to be disappointed.
Sprintstar/Apple express take money from retailers to deliver packages then make fraudulent claims that they have attempted to deliver them. For one package the driver listed it as "business not open". I do not live in a business. If you had even seen my address you would know this. My package was sent back to the retailer in the US. I had another package being shipped by Sprintstar (much to my horror). Given the outcome of package #1, I tracked the package religiously. Driver stated "no answer/undeliverable". I was home. I have my buzzer connected to my cell phone so I have a log of every call including if someone rings the buzzer. I guess some drivers don't know this and just blatantly lie. Package #2 was also sent back to retailer in US. Customer service gave me the run-around. They were "in a meeting" or "one the other line" or "at lunch". One supervisor who said he'd get back to me "went home for the day". One customer service agent actually hung up on me. This is the largest collection of incompetent ass clowns I have ever encountered. They should be prosecuted.
This is the worst shipping company ever! They don't even try to ship to the address listed on the package, they just dump all their packages at PUDO (store pick-up) locations all around town and then make you pick them up. Two store owners told me they dump more than 100 packages at a time. The locations can be nowhere near your delivery address. If you don't pick them up in 5 days, they get shipped back. I'm trying to call them now to ask them not to do this and I've been on hold for more than an hour. Do not use Apex Distribution (the also call themselves Sprintstar Canadian Parcel Delivery).
The driver wrote the wrong address of the pick up location on the slip that was stuck to my door. It was easy to figure out where he meant, but even still the package wasn't there and the owner of the store had no idea where it was or how to get in touch with Sprintstar. There's no phone # listed anywhere and the website is just a box to type in your order number and submit an inquiry. Which I did three times and never heard a peep from them. There's no way to find out where the package is. I contacted Borderfree and they at least contact Shitstar, but as of this moment I ain't hopeful.
What an absolute crap company
Sprintstar is an awful delivery company. I would give it zero if I could. I'm very sorry if you have to deal with this company to get your package delivered in Canada. Although the Landmark Global reps who respond to messages left here will try to tell you that they have nothing to do with Sprintstar, that is a lie. Do a search for this news article on BusinessInsider .com about both companies: PUDO partners with Landmark Global Inc. to shorten last mile in Canada.
I ordered an item from the Canadian arm of a huge US company and they used Borderfree to manage the delivery. Borderfree had Sprintstar do the actual shipment. The package was sent to Sprintstar August 27th and it took until September 15th for it to arrive (shipping from Ontario to Winnipeg). I tried contacting Borderfree with little success, emailed and called Sprintstar with the number Borderfree gave me and got the excuse over and over that the package was "sitting in a warehouse and just needed to be scanned." The tracking system for Sprintstar said my package was In Transit for the whole time until the day after it was delivered. I have complained to the company I ordered from so that they also know that Borderfree and Sprintstar are damaging their reputation.
If you want to call Sprintstar customer service 1-888-641-2142 (but it probably won't get you anywhere, unfortunately, because their CSRs don't care/don't know anything).
I was home the entire day that this package was to be delivered. Nobody called or knocked on my door. Someone did, however, leave a pick-up slip on my door! Guess what? I have to pick it up at a location that is a 25-minute drive from my house!
Why on Earth would a courier come to your door only to leave a pick-up slip? Do they not actually have the package? I get the feeling they deliver it to the pick-up location BEFORE they come to your door with the pick-it-up-your self slip.
Also, are these guys Sprintstar or Landmark Global? Impossible to tell, because you can't track your package on Sprintstar, have to use Landmark Global, yet the slip says it's from Sprintstar. Also, the pick-up address is for a strip mall with over a dozen businesses at it. Not one of them is named Landmark or Sprintstar! So I had to spend time searching for where exactly I'm supposed to pick it up! Truly abysmal service and I will be contacting my online retailer to let them know I will not be purchasing anything else from them if they use this company to ship.
Update: Received a "delivered" status on a 2nd package just now (from the same retailer and order # as the previously mentioned one). Thing is, it has NOT been delivered. No slip. No merchandise. No tracking number.
I hope everyone contacts their online retailers and tells them what a terrible courier company this is. Retailers will stop using them if enough of their customers complain.
This is the WORST carrier service! DO NOT USE THEM. I have had my packages say they are delivered when I track them and meanwhile I never received them, once I had to drive 20 minutes to some place they brought it too and they don’t even buzz up if you are in a building, they just slap the delivery notice to go pick it up. They are AWFUL! I now told the company I order my products from that if they use this delivery service anymore, I will never order from them again!!
1. When they arrive, they do not wear uniform and were very unprofessional.
2. They delivered (or claimed that they did) at after hour time to my office address. Last time, it was lucky that I happened to stay at the office after hour on a Saturday afternoon. On their tracking site, they claimed that they delivered at 8:30pm to my business address, no one would be there to receive.
3. They do not provide any phone number for calling them to re-arrange delivery or ask questions.
4. It is so inconvenience now that the only choice for me is to make a trip to collect it at their pickup location, without having any say.
EBAY shipment disappeared once it reached Canada. Found out it was last in the hands of Sprintstar shipping, and now I have come across all these other reviews... Unbelievable that a company like this could exist. I will be getting a refund from EBAY so at least i'm lucky on that end. But I really needed the item so I'm up ish creek now. Stay away if you have the choice!!!
