Terrible service

Package on truck for delivery with correct address. Not delivered - message that address in incomplete (false!). I immediately "correct" the address with the same address. Redelivery 6 (SIX) days later. What?

The exact same thing happened to me today verbatim. Need my package by Saturday however the earliest I can get it is in 6 days. In 6 days it will be useless. Will never use Purolator again. Such bad service.
