Honestly I don't know why all of you are complaining about your product taking so long. It's to be expected. I get a package once a month sent by 4PX and yes, it takes awhile.
1. It's coming from Asia. If you know about simple geography, it's quite a distance from most of you.
2. We're in the midst of a Pandemic. Duh. Less employees, less manpower to get work done in time.
3. Things can get held up in customs and depending what it is it can be held up for adding customs charges. It can also be confiscated if it's an item that is illegal to ship in your country or various reasons. It's all up to the discretion of the customs agents.
To the guy who has stated so eloquently *eyeroll * that his package says it arrived but he never received it- that's most likely the problem of USPS, Royal mail, or another local postal service, depending on what country the destination is. 4PX has partnership with global mail providers.
I do know a couple.... If your package is all numbers, you must contact the United States postal service.
If your package starts with 4PX it most likely is in the hands of DHL or another postal service company once it arrives in your country.

Now, to the folks complaining about the product received or the charges, etc. That has nothing to do with 4PX! They only ship your items. Contact the seller.
