我的郵包從英國寄過來, 一直都未收到, 系統一直只是停留在11月1日, 抵港後的狀態完全沒有再更新, 向客服查詢反映11月5日已經到達香港觀塘倉庫等待出貨, 但今天已經是11月24日, 足足等了兩個多星期, 問了客服多次都只是說會通知倉庫跟進, 但一直沒有專員回覆我的郵件狀態，到現在都沒有結果，客服只是叫我可申請理賠，我的貨品價值是港元3千，賠償金額只是數百元，完全沒有落力幫我找出來 4PX運單號：803185260715 商家物流號：SE102548923GB仓库：英國倫敦倉 末端派送公司：4PXHK 末端派送單號DD008039254994

I have don’t a package from Kaufland. Who is it, it was get anyone. Tracking no. 00340434499344515507

I purchased my face mask for Veteran’s Day. Didn’t get any shipping information. I email them every other day for updates. Now I was told it’s shipped today. It will take up to 3-4 weeks to receive my package. Veteran’s Day is tomorrow. I won’t have my item until sometime next month smh. I will not EVER in life order anything else from these people again. It sounds like this company is a scam. But one thing I know I better receive my package and everything better be correct on it.

4PX Tracking does indeed deliver packages, but the registration can sometimes mess up due to packages coming from Asia (China). You just have to track your 4PX package via 4PX order No. on their courier website (https://www.track.4px.com/#/result/0/4PXOrderNo(usually numbers)). When you get access to information about your parcel there should be a Tracking No. that you can put into your local delivery services e.g. in Sweden we have Postnord; try using the tracking No. in Postnords services (or any other you can think of in your country e.g. DHL) and you should find some information. On the 4PX website, it said in French "Destinataire absent et informé de venir retirer l'envoi" but when I used the tracking No. in Postnords services I found out that my parcel had already been sent to my local pickup station.
