They do NOT deserve to be in business!!! They will pick up promptly so you can't cancel if they don't show up on time, BUT, delivery is a whole other thing. You can't get a hold of anyone and will be put on permanent wait/hold for an hour or more, and even if you got through to somebody, they won't be able to help you anyways saying they don't have anymore information than you do. I've been waiting 6 DAYS for a delivery 2 hours away by car from Kelowna to Salmon Arm, and still nothing!!!! NAPA Auto Parts should have shipped using Ace Courier instead and I would have received it the same day or the next morning latest. Of course Purolator has suspended all money back delivery guarantees. Wonder why? They advised me on Saturday that 2000 packages failed to deliver Friday alone. Purolator Inc is owned by Canada Post...our tax dollars at work. Each of us should complain in writing to our local MP to have their CEO and all upper management FIRED and ultimately this company dissolved. Their reputation is irredeemable. Purolator does NOT deserve to be in business!!!
