Why are you assuming that the employees aren\'t doing their jobs? I am waiting for packages too, but I assume it is a combination of an under-funded organization that has been having difficulties for years due to the change in mailing habits (fewer letters, more packages). That was before Covid. Now the system is, no doubt, overwhelmed. After a point, employees get injured and burnt out, and they are less efficient even if they want to do a good job. Funny how people always like to blame other people rather than look at systemic issues.
