Ungodly slow

Ordered an item through JCPenney's. Didn't know they used this company. A week and a half after ordering my item, still don't have it, nor does USPS. coming to OKC from Lenexa, KS. I could have driven there and gotten it faster than this. Absolutely ridiculous.

I promise it went right through OKC to Carrolton TX and has sit there for days. Then it goes to Norman, Then to a OKC USPS by the Airport then if you raise enough hell with your local postmaster it gets delivered in a week. You can bet if it has a USPS on it anywhere it will have been hauled and thrown around for 500 extra miles and been 5 minutes from your home at least once a week or so back. Its a joke and we fund it!
