If none of the items never showed up after 7 months, and Sunyou\'s website claims all the items arrived in unrealistic 1-2 week time frames, it is not the pandemic it is that SunYou is not shipping out the items as they claim. I would presume you have them 5-stars for items you claim you haven\'t received yet, because you are working for SunYou. Their tracking numbers are fakes as have been attested to by our Post Office.

You telling me SunYou is fake, sellers are scams and all those Aliexpress comments are fake. Really? Today 1st of my parcels \"Arrived at destination country airport\", so I should receive it after weekend. It\'s in transit since 20 days. BTW why 1-2 weeks is unrealistic? But there are barely any positive reviews and none of them sounds like promotion. If they would care about rating on this site they would be posting positive comments every day to rise up their rating. UPDATE: Today 2 of my parcels has been delivered. 1st one shipped 26.12.2020 was delivered by local Royal Mail postman and it has China Post label with different tracking number on. 2nd one was shipped 11.01.2021 and it was delivered by Hermes courier and there\'s only Hermes label on it. So what the hell is people issue with SunYou? I see by looking at comments and some tracking numbers it\'s mainly people from India, middle east and S. Africa. I know for a fact that some of those countries banned shipments from China (and many other countries) or delaying them. Find real source of problem - don\'t blame middleman.

Im from Argentina, and received all my orders without EXCEPT FROM SUNYOU. They dont even provide you a valid tracking number (just SYRMxxx) so I cant inform customs of my order (and I wont be able to receive it). Avoid SunYou like the plague

Good for you. Meanwhile I\'ve given up hope. And no, it\'s not that Chinese shipments are banned in NZ where I am. The problem seems to be specific to SunYou as I, as well as other people commenting here, have received other packages from China shipped through other companies. True, there are unreasonable people who complain just because theirs have been delayed by a few week. But that doesn\'t invalidate my experience or that of many others like me. You\'ve had a good experience with SunYou? By all means give them 5 stars. But don\'t assume that all these 1 star reviews are baseless. They definitely are not.

I think they delivered my 2 parcels because they were size of large letter and value $26/$34. Other 2 (which I\'m still waiting for) are small single item packets with value $4/$7. They are mainly use to ship cheap low value crap and I think that\'s the type of parcels which they losing (on ongoing basis).

I have even emailed them and call their local number in MAlaysia but both to no avail, Email no response, phone call not answered. This is my first time buying from AliExpress sellers who use this Sun You shitter. Other previous purchase all use AliExpress Standard delivery, epacket or China post and they all arrive within 1 month at most without problems but not this Sun You, after 48 days still no update on the tracking, just say arrived in destination country.

You haven't even receive you parcels and yet you give 5 stars ? Wait till you experience what those 1 star reviewer are experiencing and then you will change your rating. Right now I have 3 parcels stuck with SunYou for more than a month, just say arrived in destination country and then given another local tracking number UV**** and nothing more after that.
