It's been two times using this crappy company to get my AliExpress packages delivered. None of them did reach destination although marked as delivered. I don't know what kind of magic trick they use to come with an acceptable track but it's obviously fallacious.
Also, always be careful with companies which tracking numbers aren't recognized by your local post (among others, Canaio). It will be impossible for them to give you infos about your SunYou package, which is probably lost in the Milky Way. "AliexExpress standard shipping" is genuinely a safe bet. On top of that, contacting SunYou will be a life test, since some of their email addresses are fake. More than that, answers take a thousand years and will inevitably tell you it's your fault and urge you to reach your fu*king local post which don't know sh*t about this company. Preserve your mental health, don't go SunYou.
I believe all of us fell into a big trap, we paid money and not receive anything, so we must not stand idle to complete this play, let us recover the money again as long as they do not abide by the delivery dates, it is strange that the shipping company sees all these negative comments and does not lift a finger, this has only one meaning that we are wasting our time and will not receive anything, let us get back our money, this is the right way
Parcel have been from China to Switzerland to GMTC, back to China through three destinations. Now to Morroco and back to GMTC. 30 days later and no parcel. Stop bullshitting and deliver. Will NEVER use them again.
According to their dubious tracking, my item arrived at the UK airport, cleared customs, transferred to logistics provider, arrived at last mile centre, went out for AND attempted delivery.....all within ONE MINUTE of arriving in UK. Avoid this company at all costs. Luckily Vova issued me a full refund.
Does Sunyou even exist except as a virtual non-company?
They said my orders all arrived within an impossible 1 week period. Their tracking numbers are fake.
Nothing arrived though they said they did and told the vendors I signed for things. I never did.
